• Attractions are available on a first come, first serve basis.
• Attractions may temporarily or permanently close at any given time. Please call your local store for availability and details on any special event or promotion.

• $10 Promotional Gift Cards are one per person per day.
• Coupons and Promotional Gift Cards cannot be used for food and do not have any cash value.
• All individuals participating in Springz/Trampolines, FlyZone, or Go-Kart attractions must have a signed, valid waiver. If under 18, minors must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.

• Grip Socks, Bowling Shoes, and Roller Skates are sold separately and required for each attraction respectively.
• Adults aged 18 and above can purchase Parent Passes as an add-on to their unlimited attraction pass. Each Parent Pass is limited to one per person per child.
• Some attractions may have age and height restrictions. Please call or visit Zap Zone for details.
• Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.
• Zap Zone does not sell or share any information provided by guests for booking purposes, waivers, or any other reason.
• By entering the facility’s premises, Zap Zone has the right to photograph, videotape, and/or record all guests and use guests’ face, likeness, voice, and appearance in connection with exhibitions, publicity, advertising, and promotional materials without reservation or limitation
• Individuals are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol on all property premises (including parking lots).

Party and Group Events

• Parties and events must be booked in advance and secured with a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may vary per package/booking. All party and event deposits and payments are non-refundable.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in time. Additional time is not available unless booked prior to your event.
• The individual(s) booking the event is responsible to cover any damages and/or repairs occurred at the facility by the group’s party members.
• Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.
• Payment for any remaining balance on birthday parties or events will be taken at the time of check-in.
• An $19.99 service fee is applied to all parties and events.
• You are welcome to bring approved decorations to your scheduled party that are not permanent and do not cause any damage to Zap Zone property. Confetti, pinatas, glitter, and silly string are not permitted. If present, these items will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
• The following attractions and services are not included in the Premium and Unlimited party packages: Go-Karts; guests wishing to use the excluded attractions or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.

Double Your Prizes Details

Double Your Prizes events are held monthly from the 1st – 3rd throughout the year. The following restrictions, which are subject to change without notice, apply to all Double Your Prizes events: This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, promotions, reservations, parties, or events. Arcade cards may not be split or combined. A minimum of 1,000 points and maximum of 4,000 points are required to qualify. Limit one per person per day.

Unlimited Night Details

Unlimited Nights are the last Saturday of every month. Admission is $25 per player and includes three hours of unlimited select attractions. Event dates and times may vary, especially around holidays. Please call your local Zap Zone store for details on upcoming events.

The following attractions and services are not included in the All Day Summer Special: Go-Karts, Skating, Bowling, Grip Socks; guests wishing to use the excluded attractions or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.

All Day Summer Special

The All Day Summer Special promotion begins on 24th July 2023 and ends on 31st August 2023 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period may be subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of Zap Zone.

Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian who assumes responsibility for them during their visit to Zone Entertainment. The legal guardian must be present throughout the duration of the visit.

Participation in the All Day Summer Special Promotion is subject to availability.

The availability of the times may be limited based on capacity restrictions at our facility. Zone Entertainment reserves the right to manage and adjust the availability of the Promotion.

During the Promotion Period, each participant will have access to attractions for a minimum of 2 hours. Attractions are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. After the completion of the 2-hour period, if the facility reaches its maximum capacity, Zap Zone retains the right to conclude your wristband session to accommodate other guests.

The following attractions and services are not included in the All Day Summer Special: Go-Karts, Skating, Bowling, Grip Socks; guests wishing to use the excluded attractions or services will need to purchase them separately at the regular rates.

Health and Safety

• Sanitizing stations are placed all throughout our facilities. While not required for entry, masks are welcome and encouraged.
• Zone Entertainment performs routine maintenance on all equipment and structures required by state regulations.
• By entering the facility’s premises, visitors understand the known and unanticipated risks. All visitors play at their own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, those individuals who suffer from seizure disorders, are pregnant, and anyone who has physical limitations that should not incur an increased heartbeat.
• Visitors are required to inform staff of any potential risks or injuries witnessed
• First-aid kits are stationed at every location and available for medical purposes
• Safety of visitors is of utmost importance. Zap Zone has a zero tolerance for violence and will proceed with legal action.

Escape Room Zone Policies

• Escape Room Zone attractions do not have an age restriction; however, we recommend ages 12 and older
• Rooms accommodate 8-10 people. Escape Room Zone will not permit additional individuals to participate in one room
• In order to participate in the best record time, groups are provided with three clues. Staff will provide unlimited clues for guests not attempting the record time
• Each sessions will vary depending on how quickly you solve puzzles; any reservation over the allotted time of an hour after your scheduled time may be subjected to an additional fee

Rage Room Policies

• Rage Room attractions have an age restriction of 13 or older.
• Guests must wear the required safety gear – protective bodysuit, face mask/eye protection, and gloves – to participate in the attraction.
• Each session will vary depending on how quickly you destroy your items with a time limit of up to 20 minutes after your scheduled time; any reservation over the allotted time of 20 minutes may be subjected to an additional fee.
• Rage Room attractions are provided with one bin; additional items may be purchased.
• Guests may bring items from their household with prior approval from a manager; outside items may be subjected to additional fees. Please call your local store for additional details.

Waiver Policies

• All individuals participating must sign a valid waiver.
• Minors under 18 must have their waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
• By signing the waiver, guests agree to participate voluntarily at their own risk.

Double Your Prizes Promotion

• This promotion is valid on Wednesdays only from open until close.

• This promotion is valid Monday through Friday from open until close.
• This promotion is not valid on holidays or during special events.
• This promotion includes unlimited attractions (excluding karting) and $10 in arcade credits for only $29.99 per person.

Unlimited Nights

• This promotion is valid every Friday from 7pm until close.
• This promotion includes unlimited attractions (excluding karting) for only $24.99 per person.

• All guests are required to wear BIG Best in Games safety grip socks while on the Springz Trampolines (socks are sold separately).
• Shoes are not permitted on the Adventure Thrill Park unless otherwise specified by an attendant.
• All individuals participating in attractions Adventure Thrill Park and Karting are required to sign a valid waiver. If under 18, a parent or guardian must sign the waiver on behalf of the minor.
• BIG Best in Games reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• BIG Best in Games reserves the right to remove anyone who is behaving inappropriately or endangering themselves or others.

● Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled event time to allow for check-in time.
Additional time is not available unless booked at least 48 hours prior to your event.
Extending times for attractions, arcade cards, and/or room time without cost will not be
provided.
● Decorations that are not permanent and do not cause any damage to BIG Best in
Games property are allowed during your scheduled party. Decorations such as confetti,
confetti balloons, graffiti, pinatas, silly string, and candles (excluding birthday cake
candles) are not permitted. Push pins and packing tape on walls are prohibited. Painter’s
tape is encouraged as a substitution. If any prohibited items are present, a $100
cleaning fee will be charged.
● All custom requests and/or changes must be approved by management and confirmed
at least 24 hours before day of the event
● The individual(s) booking the event is responsible to cover any damages and/or repairs
occurred at the facility by the group’s party members.
● Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are
believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.
● While outside food and cakes/decorations are prohibited without a reservation, a table
rental for 90 minutes may be reserved.
