● Individuals are strictly prohibited from consuming alcohol on all property premises (including parking lots).
● Parties and events must be booked in advance and secured with a non-refundable deposit. Deposits may vary per package/booking. All party and event deposits and payments are non-refundable.
● Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time to allow for check-in time. Additional time is not available unless booked prior to your event.
● The individual(s) booking the event is responsible to cover any damages and/or repairs occurred at the facility by the group’s party members.
● Management has the authority to end any event early if party members’ actions are believed to be reckless and/or inappropriate. Refunds will not be given.
● Payment for any remaining balance on birthday parties or events will be taken at the time of check-in.
● An $19.99 service fee is applied to all parties and events.
● You are welcome to bring approved decorations to your scheduled party that are not permanent and do not cause any damage to BIG property. Confetti, pinatas, glitter, and silly string are not permitted. If present, these items will incur a $100 cleaning fee.
Double Your Prizes events are held monthly from the 1st – 3rd throughout the year. The
following restrictions, which are subject to change without notice, apply to all Double Your Prizes
events: This offer cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, promotions, reservations,
parties, or events. Arcade cards may not be split or combined. A minimum of 1,000 points and
maximum of 4,000 points are required to qualify. Limit one per person per day.
Unlimited Night Details
Unlimited Nights are the last Saturday of every month. Admission is $25 per player and includes

The following policies apply to participating Zone Entertainment locations, subject to applicable venue-specific requirements.
Minors: Guests age 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, unless a specific venue has an expressly stated alternative policy.
Final Sales: All sales are final, and purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in the applicable offer.
Additional Fees: Additional venue fees, including third-party operational or service fees, may apply at select locations. Fees vary by location and service.
Coupons and Promotions: Coupons, discounts, and promotional offers cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, reservations, parties, or events unless expressly stated.
Personal Belongings: Zone Entertainment is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings, to the extent permitted by law.
Commercial Photography: Commercial photography, filming, and recording are prohibited without prior written authorization from management.
Outside Food and Beverages: Outside food and beverages are generally prohibited unless approved by venue management. Approved birthday cakes may be permitted at participating locations. Unauthorized outside food may result in an additional $50 fee where the policy is posted or disclosed.
Activity Availability: Attractions and activities generally operate on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise specified.
Temporary Closures: Attractions may be temporarily or permanently closed due to maintenance, safety concerns, staffing, special events, or operational requirements.
Dress Code: Appropriate clothing, including shirts and pants, must be worn on the premises. Footwear is required except in designated attraction areas.
Alcohol Restrictions: Alcohol consumption is prohibited on participating premises, including parking areas, unless expressly authorized by management and permitted by applicable law.
Guest Conduct: Guests must follow posted rules and instructions provided by staff. Reckless, unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct may result in removal from an attraction or venue.
Management may suspend activities, end events, or remove guests who violate safety requirements or venue policies. Refund eligibility in such circumstances is subject to applicable law.
Certain Zone Entertainment attractions involve physical activities and may have additional participation requirements.
Waivers
Guests participating in attractions that require liability waivers, including applicable adventure park, trampoline, and go-kart activities, must complete a valid waiver before participating.
For participants under 18, the required waiver must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Safety Equipment
Approved safety grip socks are required for designated adventure park and trampoline attractions.
Bowling shoes, roller skates, or other specialized equipment may be required for particular activities.
Required equipment may be sold or rented separately unless included in the applicable admission package.
Shoes may be prohibited in designated activity areas unless expressly authorized by an attendant.
Age, Height, and Health Restrictions
Some attractions have age, height, weight, or other participation restrictions.
Guests must comply with all posted eligibility requirements, safety instructions, and staff directions.
Guests should review applicable health and safety warnings before participating in physical activities.
Activity Availability
Attractions and experiences vary by location. Guests should contact the participating venue directly to confirm attraction availability, participation requirements, and applicable restrictions.
The following conditions apply to party reservations, birthday celebrations, corporate gatherings, and group events at participating Zone Entertainment locations.
Reservations and Deposits
Parties and group events must be booked in advance.
A deposit is required to secure a reservation.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on the selected venue, package, or event.
Deposits and event payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in the booking agreement.
Arrival and Check-In
Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled party or event to allow sufficient time for check-in.
Additional event time is not guaranteed and must be arranged in advance.
Remaining Balances
Any outstanding balance for a birthday party or event is generally due at check-in unless otherwise specified in the booking agreement.
Rescheduling
Parties and events may be rescheduled a maximum of two times.
Birthday party rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Group event rescheduling requests must be submitted at least seven days before the scheduled event.
Rescheduling is subject to venue availability and any additional conditions stated at booking.
Authorized Booking Changes
Only the original booking individual is authorized to request changes to the reservation, event date, or package details, unless otherwise approved by management.
Service Fees
A 4.87% service fee applies to parties and events covered by the original participating-venue policy. Any applicable fee must be disclosed during the booking process. Fees may differ for other Zone Entertainment brands or locations.
Decorations
Guests may bring approved decorations that do not permanently alter or damage venue property.
Confetti, piñatas, glitter, and silly string are prohibited at venues enforcing this restriction.
A $100 cleaning fee may apply if prohibited decorations are used, where disclosed in advance.
Excluded Attractions
Certain attractions may not be included in standard party packages unless expressly stated. These may include:

Guests wishing to participate in excluded activities must purchase them separately at the applicable rates.
Property Damage and Conduct
The individual booking the event is responsible for damage caused by members of their group, subject to applicable law and the booking agreement.
Management reserves the right to end an event early if participants engage in reckless, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior.
Zone Entertainment may issue promotional gift cards, including $10 and $15 Promotional Gift Cards, at participating locations.

Cards are valid only toward eligible activities, attraction wristbands, or arcade game cards and gameplay.

General Day Pass Conditions
Day Pass availability is subject to facility capacity and operational requirements.
Included attractions vary by venue and admission package.
Activities are generally available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Management may regulate session lengths or activity access to maintain safe facility capacity.

The original 2026 Season Summer Pass was valid from June 1, 2026, through September 7, 2026. The original National Parents’ Day promotion was redeemable on July 26, 2026.

Zero-Tolerance Conduct Policy
